www.GeorgiaRugMasters.com stands behind every product we sell. All of our materials are guaranteed to be free of any defect. We inspect every rug leaving our warehouse. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the rug in it\\\'s original condition, wrapped properly in heavy duty plastic within 30 days and after we have received and inspected the rug we will exchange it or refund the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking fee, whichever you prefer. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure it’s packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled. No refunds after 30 days.
Because of the extremely low prices of specials, no returns are allowed for full refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee if a rug purchased from specials is returned.
BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AT THE WAREHOUSE AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER.

Shipping is $55.00 for all regular carriers within the United States.
Shipping is $20.00 for rugs larger than 4\\\' X 6\\\' and equal to or smaller than 8\\\' X 12\\\' on UPS within the United States.
Shipping is $12.00 for rugs equal to or smaller than 4\\\' X 6\\\' on UPS within the United States.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for actual shipping costs.
Most rugs will ship within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for rugs not in inventory.
Please note that we will not pay for return shipping of the merchandise.
